This is by far the biggest house ever completed by the JS Plastering team.
This project is a double story home on the banks of the Murray River in Buronga NSW that is only 10 minutes away from Mildura. This house had both and upstairs and downstairs living space. Let's start upstairs.
Up stairs surrounded by a big feature void with a recessed bulkhead fronting a massive window overlooking the river and swimming pool has 3 massive bedrooms with a shared ensuite and walkin robe to two rooms, and a separate ensuite for the other. each room also had a recessed tv wall. Also upstairs is a small kitchen area and study.
Each window is finished off with steel ezy reveals and the door with steel ezy jambs for a flush plaster finish. The void bulkheads had been finished with a level 5 finish due to glancing light issues. Then all of the ceilings had been finished using ezybead square set finish.
Downstairs of this monster home is the main kitchen, guest bedroom with an ensuite, the master bedroom with a huge ensuite, and walk in robe. Also is the massive study, family room, theatre room , music room, laundry, and x2 garages.
Many more bulkheads and recessed pelmets are downstairs with curved walls, huge columns, and many more features. Each ceiling has a square set finish and every door and window is finished with Ezy jambs and Ezy reveals. the main columns has been finished with a level five finish as to the curved wall that follows the stairs.
This Job really tested the guys both mentally and physically turning this job into one of our greatest achievements.
